1. All single sessions paid for in advance must be completed with in 14 days of purchase or the session will be deemed void.

2. All packages purchased are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

3. Any appointments cancelled by client with less than 24 hours notice may be charged/deducted from package.

4. Any apointment cancelled by trainer will be rescheduled within 48 hours of original appointment or an additional session will be given by the trainer at no additional cost to the client.

5. No refunds will be given against sessions or packages purchased unless on the grounds of medical advice and documentation is made visable to the trainer.
